Joint Autism/ADHD Joint Forum

15th May 16:30-17:30. Online

The ADHD/Autism forum is a peer support forum for all Arden University students with ADHD, Autism or both (diagnosed or undiagnosed and allies - all welcome!) which the Inclusion Team hosts approximately twice a month. It is facilitated by Liss Chard-Hall

In this workshop, Liss will delve into the concept of Spoon Theory and it's practical applications for energy management.
